Modern banking especially e-banking is one of the most important results of education
and science. Furthermore changes based on ICT have affected banking more than anything.
Performing leading studies about extension of these changes and reinforcing banks
for more practicality and managing changes and improving the knowledge level of
bank clerks and managers by use of modern technology specially e-learning has prepared
this opportunity for cooperation with Monetary and Banking Research Academi which
its framework is forecasted below, we hope this capacity could be a source of positive
changes in modern banking.

A scientific, educational and academic agreement
In order to exchanging scientific experiences and making grounds for improving practical
financial-banking researches, scientific discussions and informing this agreement
including all mentioned co operations between MEHR ALBORZ university its representative
DR. ALI KERMANSHAH which from now on is would be called institute and Monetary and
Banking Research Academi of Central Bank by its representative DR. MOJTAHED which
from now on would be called academy, is submitted including these terms:
TERM one “goals”
Usage of institute and academy from scientific abilities and informing
in order to do discussion, research, educating and exchange information about below
topics:
1- Cooperation in performing required research, educational and study plans
2- Cooperation in planning courses about modern banking by focusing on using international
experiences.
3- To gain of mutual technical and professional helps.
4- Cooperation in holding seminars and scientific gatherings.
5- Holding educational and research work classes.
6- Cooperating in exchanging degrees, books, journals, reports and library resources.
7- Professional cooperation in different publication issues and exchanging statistics
and information and binary publications and using each other publication capacities.
8- Cooperation In holding both-side required short-term, mid-term and long-term
educational courses.
9- Mutual cooperation in holding professional exhibitions and informing about research
results and cooperation in distributing published works in both centers.
10- Other required terms during performing this agreement are introduced and would
be accepted by both sides.
TERM two “method of cooperation”
Both sides in order to reach the goals mentioned in term one will prepare and share
required topics which needs help, research or informing.
Term three “start of performing operation”
Performing written terms in this agreement depends on submitting a case-agreement
based on necessities of both sides.
TERM four “method of communication”
In order to do other stages and practical purposes of this agreement DR.
JAMSHID SHANBEZADEH from institute and DR. ALI HASANZADEH from academy are in charge
of tracing the terms of agreement.
This agreement is made in 4 terms and 2 volumes and is signed by both sides. And
until declaration of any side to finish it, will have credit.
